    finally - I sincerely hope that Sudhir's finances will not buy him out of this latest scam - if anything most Indians I've come across this end haven't been very complimentary about his business dealings. I would like to think that there has been a re-org in the URA same as other institutions...

    Is anyone following this? http://www.ugpulse.com/articles/daily/news.asp?ID=2908 I believe so many business people in Uganda get way without paying taxes.... it is so easy to do in Uganda. Has this changed? Has there finally been a re-org in the Uganda Revenua Authority
