    with the discovery of oil - Bagungu vs Balalao , and Uganda vs DRCongo clashes and the UMEME failing to provide power, but the heavy rains flooding Kla and waters flowing to L.Victoria for electricity and the CHOGM on the way -- water turning green brown, flowers and roads and hotels painted CHOGM colours...
