The road is after you pass Nabumali high School.  It was being repaired after heavy rain and over growth of bushes.

We have to give praise to our local ppl for the work they do.  I had to take the picture without anyone noticing me, if they did then I had to pay them for taking the picture.  Ugandans have become economically and artistically savvy.  They know a photographer can make money on the pictures they take.................LOL  Which I think is good
