Ditto - nor class/race. Fortunes have a habit of changing so drastically you can either end up mad out of incomprehension of it all.

One of us needs to start a founation or Charity organization for the Homeless people on teh streets of Kampala. Or perhaps a mobile van used to take them Tea, Coffee , Sandwiches , Soup and other food. This I saw in London.It is a soup and Tea runs or Street cafes. It helps alot when they drink and have somthing to eat. Giving them money does not help them. They need food and I mean well cooked warm food. This should be our next project. Which area/streets is populated by such people in Uganda. May be we have to start from there. such people dont choose to be like this due to mental illness and poverty. Okay some it isis by choice because they dont want to work or are alcholics or drug users but they still need help.

you will be surprised how many people deliberately chose to stay on the streets and act kuku, i think what they need the most is education and a sense of direction. the food idea will draw more peps to teh streets coz it is convenient, "knowledge is power"
Naomi, most of the homeless people diz days in k'la are from karamoja they come 4 kyeeyo. So if you start distributing food u're even making their life more comfortable. this is a catch 22 coz you have genuine pipo that need help. You need 2 find them shelter, medical care etc... so it is a huge project, otherwise you'll feed them on the street until you become homeless yourself, after mental breakdown.
