It's quite sad really that such scenes are the order of the day in cities the world over. Even more so that us mothers are willing to put our young out like so!
THIS IS SO SAD! I feel ashame to see this. I don't wanna blame the guy so much as it's so common in my country(uganda), but atleast the little boy deserved a hello.
It's not a case of looking to blame in so much as getting persons to be educated on taking responsibilities for their actions I think.

If these kids live like this for another 10 years, What next ?? We are ignoring them 2day but .......... it is ticking time bomb.
