its the boarder, no one care both sides want the other side to fix it, and if its fixed the smugglers and their facilitators would have less panyas (hide outs) to smuggle their "stuff" so you see how they will pay for delaying its fix.
The fast tracking of the East African Federation will work on that issue, for the road will now belong to ALL and not to one nation this side and the other nation the other side
I remember in the days of Life President Idi Amin, there was big talk by the O.A.U (now called African Union) of the TRANS AFRICAN HIGHWAY and RAILWAY from LAGOS to MOMBASA via Kampla, and then there was tok ov another TRANS AFRICAN HIGHWAY and RAILWAY from Cairo to Johansberg via Kampala
Lets keep hoping for the better -- may be one day these roads/highways/railways will be worked upon. hope the World bank and the African development Bank will help us in this project. I may not live to see it but surely my hopes in that project are ------- are there !!

I thought East African Community is about to be implemented in the future. So all country will be accessible? Wangare would like a border post similar to once on America - Mexico.
oh no,ug can do something about this just don't be silly and I know we have a president and ministers who understand and have been to well developed borders and anyway how long are we going to wait for the other side to do it.
