lol Wendal! Kak's this is a truelly fab place. I must say you are brave to the climb I chickened out and instead sat and watched the chimps. One in particular caught my eye. He circled a blue VW over and over again and I went to find out why. It transpired that the driver had left bananas on the Dash board! When the chimp realised he could not get to the bananas  he sat and waited on the driver's wing mirror. I unfortunately did not hang around to see how this ended. but somehow I could not see that driver getting into that car without the chimp getting  a banana or two!

That nade me remember an incident at the parking yard there (prolly the same area in which u saw the chimp). A baboon showed up at the tea shop while some bazungu were enjoying their meal on the verandah. He moved towards them so boldly that they scattered from their tables. The baboon confidently went 2 one abandoned table, picked a packet of juice and made good his escape. By the time the wardens realised wot was going on and came chasing him with big sticks, it was too late. The way the wardens were positioned meant the baboon came 2wards my group. Boy, didn't we scatter! We ended up breatheless, in a momento shop nearby. The baboon sped past, disappeared into the bushes and reappeared on top of a large rock nearby. After drinking to his fill, he threw the rest of the juice away, started sunning himself and picking his lice like nothing had happened!
