Oh this is a beauty, and good work of archtecture.
If Uganda can have more of the buildings put pu in Kampala, Jinja, entebbe , the i think we may be in time to stand next to the Kenyans and say hey --- CHOGM was abig fortune for us. LONG LIVE UGANDA, ------ LONG LIVE BB,------ LONG LIVE BONNA BAGAGGAWALE. who ever is setting up these buildings must have got a good boost from the ENTANDIKWA Skim !!!!!! And I know its the rich getting richer and the poort being told to sing the NATIONAL SONG of BB.
kampala is too small to be called a city....it;s just a small town.actually uganda doesn't have a city but a town as her city. If museveni c'ld work on expanding the city than trying to cut down mabiira forest in the name of Investors destroying uganda's nature and cutting down on tourism we need that forest when america is running compagns on planting more trees in preparation for global warming museveni is passing orders to cut down a forest...at this point cutting down any tree is detroying our world..what's wrong with us black people...awake!!!

Hi Guys is this the building talked about by Amin in "the last king of scotland" or not, i have foreign friends who have watched the movie and they want me to show them a picture of the real building. It kind of sort of looks like this. They think Amin was an imagineer for a leader of his time and age. Fill me in p'se
could it be the old UCB building (racing thots).
