    The Rich Countries, National Governments, United Nations and the NGOs have been campaigning to eliminate development problems and poverty since 1945 yet they have not made a break through.

    Posibilities could be lack of strategic planning with failure to tackle permanent or loose infrastructures in respect to goals and accountability.

    It is  ridiculous to condemn corruption where it has become a normality to some people and extent.GeekedZip it!ConfusedConfused

     Well you missed a superb party my friend.

     

    SB helped me with my busuti and it stayed in palce all night!

     

    We had a turn out of 120 at leastBig Smile

    SB thanks for the pix, very nice.  GF, you must stop hanging around young ppl; they bring diseases home, things like flu, colds you name it.  I hope you are doing better.  Do you get a flu vaccine(sp)?
