Its good to hear that Katwe is still a centre for local enterpreneurs in the steel industry. The challenge I think still remains in the modulating and perfecting the skills that are in place as persons tend to copy without full content. Given the increase in demand for contractual work in the booming trade of the hotel industry and corporate buildings, it would be a pity for persons to not perfect their skills in this arena for lack of motivation to improve upon the current quality of output. By all means keep the identity - but improve upon the image of the products that come out. The aim perhaps ought to be beyond just appealing to the local market...
