Which corner? In my opinion, the University Council should be sacked. Prof. Kagonyera beat Prof.Mahogany fair and square in the interviews. Based on that alone, Prof. Kagonyera should have taken the job. Its the responsibility of the University Council to confirm the appointment but they were too chicken to take a stand. So they leave their work to the Big Man. Its like two students doing an exam and one student scoring higher but because the teachers are timid, they ask the Headmaster to choose who is the brighter student. Someone through those chaps out of their chairs.
