 I am with the DP leader on this. A "Hand up and not a Hand out" is a far better approach to poverty eradication. In addition I have worked in the UK Social Housing Sector for over ten years not and the DP leader is partly right here. I have seen so many people allocated social housing and in some cases all they have to do is fill out a form and have their rent paid too and they can't even manage that and worse still some of them simply trash it! Over to you folks

I just hope that it work as sceduled and that the money will not be eaten by the big shots as was the case with the ENTANDIKWA funds
