    Adieu Late. Brigadier Mayombo

With Great Sadness Uganda has lost one of its talented and brilliant debater in Brig. Noble Mayombo who passed away on Tuesday afternoon from Actute Pancreatis. Mayombo is said to have complained of actute stomach pains late thursay evening, was rushed to kololo hospital, the IHK from where he was flown out on saturday to Aga Khan Hospital in kenya where he succumbed to death due to organ failure.

When he returned from the bush he went back to makerere where he finished a law degree he had abandoned to go to the bush. the 1992 guild presidential campaign he tussled out with Mao Gulu Lc V chair is said to remain the toughest so far in Mak history. He later joined the army and became the youngest army representative at 29 to the constituent assembly btn 94-95. He joined the six, seventh, eighth parliament representing the army where he resigned in 2005 to take up the post of Permanent secretary ministry of Defence. To his friends and colleagues he was a pan africanist,a brilliant lawyer and debater. We will miss his sense of humor and infectious laughter.

He was once an ADC to the president, later the president posted him to CMI as it deputy and later took over from Tumukunde as CMI boss. Its remembered while at CMI he was involved in the scuffle to arrest his younger brother Okwiri Rwabwoni an FDC youth official.Until his death he has been the chairman board of Directors of the New Vision and PS MOF. He was known in some circles as the presidents blue eyed boy which didnt augur well with other officers nor was his rapid promotion to the rank of Brigadier where he died. He has died at the age of 42 leaving behind a wife, six children and a grieving nation.

My condolences to the wife, children, his sibling and his Dad mzee Rwabwoni. May the good lord rest his soul in eternal peace.

    Re: WHAT KILLED Brigadier Mayombo?

What killed? Major General David Oyite 1983 Chief of staff, gallant soldier, What killed? Brigadier Okoya, 1970 Army commander gallant soldier, What killed? General John Garang de Mobio. What killed? Brigadier Mayombo CMI gallant soldier, could have been the next president.

Uganda is a famous country moulded by God in its vicinity as well it has seen the asyllum of both little Moses and Jesus Christ in its waters that flows through the Nile in Egypt at it ancient time by God the philanthropist authority.

This sort of death in army trend does not matter whether you are from north or south of Uganda as by history release.

Ugandas sin causing this type of death is that people of Uganda must stop the evil of divisionism, descrimination, tribalism, hate and name it/ 0thers. Let even perjury does not come from the lying lips of our president because we will see more if reconciliation is not done yet this is still only leaders deaths not including the ordinary man. Museveni and others, lets turn back and please God not empty revolutions of course to you is not.

    Re: WHAT KILLED Brigadier Mayombo?

Well  TIICA at this point we can only speculate......cus there is alot of mystery and now the President fueled the mystery yet more at the burial when he mentioned the 'Hit list' where him and Mayombo and others appear.....Watch the space! cus in the same breath he warned Kaiyihura Kale to be on the look out cus mbu there many pio who want him dead like Mayombo.

I dont believe in inquiries because they will never see the day light if any one is found they will be made to disappear quietly. We can only pray for an eternal peace for Noble. Like his Dad said mumuleke ahumure emiriimu ye'agimazire ey'ahansi!!!!!!!

Going by the Ugandan media, it sounds like some pipo want it to rest in pieces. What a pity!!

The media  are blowing the trumpet only to accompany the music played by the Uganda politicians.

When the Top Man says he was aware of the plan to destablize the govt  and says that Mayombo was not corrupt and to say that he had warned Mayombo to be careful.........then it clicks...

then we read that    http://www.newvision.co.ug/I/8/605       MAY HE REST IN PEACE.
