You mean like when you see stars after being baptised with someone else's palm or when you picture the outcome of a wet cat thats just been messing around with a live electric wire.  Tried something like that in my physics lesson - on myself. Can't remember what happened but my hair looked a mess and I still have problems with my fingers now termed "poor circulation".

Your physics teacher must have been impressed! Did u hear any buzzing sound while all this was happening?

In my childhood can't forget when i touched a live wire, it felt as if someone has dropped the heaviest load on me unawares!

Re: Electric Lingo: What does it mean?

And if there is still a need for self examination - my parent's store room was filled with things that was saves throughout the years.  One day I stumbled upon a hand crank phone that gave me lots of amazement during my childhood.  The phone itself had fallen apart and the only thing that was left was the small turbine that powered the phone when cranked.  So, me being inquisitive, attached wires to the lead areas and began cranking away.  I was able to light up light bulbs, power an electrical pencil sharpener and even give myself some volts.  Now that I think about it, one has to question one's sanity if giving them self an electrical current sounds like a good idea.  But in my case, this went on for a few days, I just say that it was childhood curiosity.  But if you can imagine, the fingers that was holding the wires began to twitch and I remember the muscles clinching in as if the only thing that I wanted was to hold the wires together.  The only was that my fingers would relax would be if I stopped cranking with the free hand.  Oh what fun it was, especially to show my friends.
