The call for FEDERAL system of Governance  can best be made louder for NRM government to listen to if it comes from as many corners and kingdoms and regions as Kabaka has indicated that the Baganda now must work together with the Batooro, Banyoro, Basoga and Banyankole, and now also Teso region calling for the establishment of federo
