Last time I travelled on that road it was so dusty and supposedly they were going to improve it. That was 1999
The roads looked good to me, compared to some of the other roads that I've been on. No pot holes.
yes the road is now one of the best in all of uganda..i just visited uganda last year, i am goin back this year. my name is romeo and im from sipi thats how i know exactly where your talkin about. that pic of the second falls, the land on top is owned buy my uncles. its crazy to see dat.lol...its good to see and hear so much interest about where i was born. who knew i would be living in U.S and reading about this on my lap top. i would like to know more about you.
