You have been away too long broda you need to update yourself....Rio and his father are supporting a children's football academy called PROLINE. Rio is also to pay fees for a street child who painted his face, that is if the boy is located..the boy after being given 100,000/= by Rio took off thinking someone else might take it away from him, LOL!

I would imagine this not going any further either! On my recent visit to TZ my host mentioned in passing that Amin had the right idea when he expelled the Asians apparently because they have literally taken over the commercial sector in TZ and the Africans will never have a look in!

Please note that these are not my views, but merely sharing with you someone else's opnion. My personal views are that all citizens of a country shoud be afforded equal treatment

I think it was not in order for such a lady to use her official identity in such acts of crime. I know she was looking for money, but when you use things like Diplomatic passport, then it appears you were officially doing business, and in the names of the Government. This alone in a violation of International Laws, and creates a bad image for all Ugandans.

She was bursted; ok. but what ever her trial will decide, i dont know. Let us try to avoid doing too much. when it comes to bad things in Uganda; we got to do things that will set good examples to our children. those without Children, you can try to get some and show them how to do things in a respected mannar without holding others accountable.

Accountable in an embarrassing mood. Look at that. A Ugandan holding a Diplomatic Passport to evade the laws,(immunity) later being discovered to be a criminal!!!!!!!!!!!! Let us be serriuos, and do our best to protect our country's image.

as of now, and am talking about this time wen uganda and its ppl are trying to build themselves, we wud let such ppl who are trying to earn a living get away with such a crime. uganda is a third world country, with few opportunities (if any at all) for its own citizens. children need education, parents need the money to provide it. now, tell me, wat can a parent do to achive that. even these developed nations did the unthinkable to reach the stage where they're now. and wen they reached, hospitals built, roads, hospitals and universities constructed and some bank balances to spare, they banned the norm (don't worry, am talking about slavery).

Now, in this case, its only drugs (come on, only marijuana). let ppl from poor countries deal. let the illegal immigrants work. let us build our lives. i say please!

well, call me cynical but i don't see what all this media frenzy/hype about ferdinand for. we do have way too far many things we can give our attention to in uganda than poor RIO ferdinand. tell me wat we (the local poor people) gain from that. unless u're telling me that uganda (since i left) has become a celebrity chasing nation like the already developed western murder far cuz. (sorry 4 tht)

Cant wait to watch the Amarula family (Comedians)Paddy Bitama, Amooti, Mmese and their news reader Kyebandula Irish (guy so hilarious can immitate Bbaale Francis the UBC newsreader) to act out the Ferdinand visit on their WBS TV programme 'Side Mirror'.

Has anyone watched Amarula's 'Akama ka Chogm' original copies were on sell at the Old Taxi Park 5,000/= per copy. Get a copy guys you wont regret it!
