Ive been so busy since i got back with all the stuff i had to fix for skol that i havent even had the tyme to post any good picture but i still gotta let pple know what my trip was like

Well the trip was hectic hot fun alot of prayin man i have never prayed so much in my whole life like i did during this trip ...first impression of Rome was not good as soon as we arrived in Rome it didnt blow me away and the fact that we had to wait a long tyme in the Termini for our train to Assisi didnt improve matters....but once we got to Assisi I was blow away ...this place is like taken of a post card its way tooo beautiful for words ive already picked out my house for when am old and grey

We were in Assisi for the European youth Franciscan meeting which lasted a whole week and needless to say it was attended by young people from all over europe. We had tours thru the town of Assisi and were taken thru all the different places that shapes the life and faith of saint Francis and St Clare .....this mean alot of walking hiking to get to his sanctuary that was high in the mountains......alot of sweating because it was so so so hot.....

Once the meeting was over we then headed to Rome and this was more for our pleasure than an arranged thing so we could basically go round Rome and look at watever took our fancy but we did manage to see loads of churches go to the Vatican (we even had our own private mass in one of the chaples at st Peters) that cathedral is huge......it seemed that all these churches are like huge graves everywhere u went someones remains were burried ....

We visited the graves of the popes and you could see that people still havent got over pope john paul pple were kneeling at his grave and some even crying it was really sureal.....we climbed up the cupola thats that top of St peters and yes even lazy me climbed all the 500 something stairs ....the thing is u paid 5 euros to torture urself and climb 500 stairs or 7 euros to use the elevator which only took u  half way and after u had used it u still had 320 staird left to climb......anyway i climed all 500 stairs and it was hard and sweaty but so worth it...the only problem was coming down ma knees cldnt stop shaking for a long tyme....

what else mmmm yepp we did the coluseum....the ruins of old rome the spanish stairs that fountain all the turisty stuff....all in all it was a fun trip

now the bad side of the trip it was hot and sweaty ,,,,by the tyme i got back to sweden i was dark as hell but its all good wish I was always that shade (wonder if I tan I wld get that effect mmm???? ive been informed i look good well black hahahaha) .....more on the bad stuff the food i was so disappointed the pizza was crap had to eat alot of pasta and everything had oliv oil in it blllahhhhh ....the fact that all tv programs a dubed into Italian was also annoying and why or why cant they speak english not even a little bit and even when u gesture that u dont understand wat they r saying they still insist on talkin a mile a minute in Italian???

ok I wont hate cld write more about the whole trip but ive bored u enuff already

gotta mention this while in Rome we visited the Holy stairs and these are believed to be the stairs that Jesus walked down when he was on trial (they were brought over to rome will find the name of the church for anyone interested) and it was belived that on some parts of this stair his blood dropped anyway pple were kneeling down and praying and i wanted to go as well touch the stairs u know wat they say (amaso gabaganda gali mungalo) i changed my mind quick when i found out that the only way to get up these stairs was on ur knees i gave up u had to say a different prayer on every step and believe me the stairs was packed but ur progress up dependen on how quick the person infront of u was and some pple were saying some lenghty prayers so that wld leave u kneeling for a while and by the tyme u got to the top ur knees had had it...well at this point in my faith i havent got to that point dont think i ever will hhahaha it was abit annoying to see pple doing stuff just for show i mean some people realy had reasons for being there pple who cme purposely to pray there but if i didnt know about the stairs untill a few secs ago why wld i be compelled to climb them on ma knees while pretending to pray ...
